I’m Chrysoulla, and I offer space to help you reconnect with the wisdom already within you.

After decades of navigating the structured, often rigid spaces of the corporate world—where solutions are linear and answers are expected—a quieter truth began to reveal itself: that true healing isn’t imposed from the outside—it’s uncovered from within, led by your own inner wisdom.

Rosa Jones articulates it beautifully: Healing is not linear; it's a spiral. You keep coming back to things you thought you understood and see deeper truths.

I believe that Reiki simply helps you return to your inner knowing—gently guiding you along the spiral of healing. It seems to know where to go, when to go deeper, and when to simply hold. There’s no forcing, only an unfolding. And in that unfolding, something sacred is remembered.

My practice is rooted in deep presence, intuitive listening, and the belief that there is no one path to healing. It is a wandering journey—winding, spiraling, unfolding in divine timing. There is no right or wrong, no good or bad. Only what is true in the moment.

Even in my corporate life, I’ve found that when we allow rather than direct—when we listen more deeply and let go of rigid outcomes—the results often transcend our expectations. That same trust is essential in healing. When we stop striving for perfection and begin honoring what is, we open ourselves to clarity, softness, and lasting transformation.

While healing begins within, it deepens through witnessing—being seen, and seeing others in their truth. When we hold space for someone else's joy or pain, we’re reminded of our shared humanity. We become part of each other’s stories.

In that sacred exchange, our own perspective expands. We find connection, meaning, and growth beyond what we could create alone. We remember that healing is never meant to be a solo journey—it’s a shared remembering of what it means to be whole.

As a Level 3 certified Reiki practitioner in the Gendai Reiki lineage—tracing from Usui Sensei to Doi Sensei—I honor a tradition that upholds the original intentions and integrity of Reiki. Alongside this, my training in Core Energetics and Systemic Constellations informs my practice, allowing me to support clients in exploring the connections between their energetic, emotional, and ancestral landscapes. This integrative approach honors your unique path to wellness.
